The Mobile Symphony opens its 2019-2020 season with sizzling Latin heat! Cuban pianist Aldo López-Gavilán performs Ravel’s Concerto in G Major in a program filled with beloved tributes to the music of Spain and Cuba. Highlights include Gershwin’s Cuban Overture, deFalla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain and Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol.
